Timothy “Timmy” grew up in Eastern North Carolina & Southeast Virginia, where hospitality & community are a way of life. That foundation inspired him to open Color Splash 12 years ago with a clear vision–to create a salon where every guest feels welcomed, valued, & truly special from the moment they walk through the door. At Color Splash, clients quickly become friends & family, & that sense of connection is at the heart of everything the team does. Timothy is a graduate of Rudy & Kelly Academy & has spent more than 21 years building his career in the beauty industry. As a Salon Owner & Salon Manager, Redken-certified colorist, product knowledge leader, & Bellami Certified Hair Extension Specialist, he is deeply passionate about education, innovation, & elevating the salon experience. Timothy is committed to staying ahead of industry trends while mentoring & developing the talented stylists who make up the Color Splash team. Today, Timothy’s personal client list is full & he accepts new guests by referral only. However, he takes great pride in connecting clients with stylists on his team who are the perfect fit for their personality, style, & hair goals. As a hands-on leader, Timothy believes the strongest salons are built through collaboration & mentorship. You’ll often find him working alongside his team–discussing color formulations, sharing product knowledge, & supporting stylists to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident & cared for. This commitment to teamwork is what defines Color Splash culture. Outside of the salon, Timothy enjoys traveling & creating memories with his family & friends. Whether exploring Disney World, visiting Universal Studios, traveling to the mountains, cruising or soaking up the sun in Cancun, he values experiences that bring joy & inspiration. Timothy looks forward to welcoming guests & continuing to build the warm, welcoming community that makes Color Splash feel like home.

With over 36 years of experience behind the chair, Heather brings an exceptional level of expertise, artistry, & passion to every guest she serves. She believes that great hair goes beyond style–it’s about helping clients feeling confident & beautiful both inside & out. Heather specializes in precision razor-cutting, multidimensional color, & is a Bellami Certified Hair Extension Specialist, offering customized solutions that enhance each client’s natural beauty while remaining effortless to maintain at home. Her signature razor cuts are designed to add softness, movement, & lightweight texture, allowing hair to fall naturally while making styling simple & manageable for everyday life. A lifelong learner, Heather is passionate about continuing education & staying inspired by the evolving beauty industry. She is dedicated to ensuring every guest leaves her chair not only looking their best but also feeling confident in recreating their style. Outside the salon, Heather enjoys spending time with her two sons & prioritizing health & wellness. Fitness plays a major role in her life, & she proudly competes as an IFBB Masters Bikini Pro, embracing the discipline, focus, & challenge that comes with performing on a professional level.
