Timothy Hardy

Owner

The powerhouse behind the scenes. Growing up in Eastern North Carolina & Southeast Virginia, hospitality is huge for him. He truly enjoys building and growing a team of beauty advisors. Timothy “Timmy” is a business owner that gets his employees. Bring a Redken certified colorist, product knowledge leader for over 15 years, he is our biggest cheerleader. Outside of work, you can find him escaping to Disney or Cancun as often as he can. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends!

Jordan Gurwell

Stylist

Jordan was born and raised in Virginia Beach. She currently lives in the Deep Creek area with her husband and three sons Brody, Cade, and Dawson. Getting her hair done for the first at twelve years old is when Jordan found her passion for hair. She felt as if she could take on the world and knew that she wanted to be able to give that feeling to others. Jordan specializes in hair coloring, anything from a natural lived-in look to the boldest expression you can imagine, she can get the job done! She has lived her dream since the Spring of 2013 and has loved every created moment of it.

Chrissy Denson

Stylist

Chrissy is an experienced master stylist with 16 years in the business. Her passion and reason for being a stylist are to make people feel and look great. Chrissy loves to create visually interesting shapes and color combinations, simplistic precision haircuts, and anything in between. She specializes in dimensional color and balayage. Being a DevaCurl certified, she loves to work with curly, textured hair. Chrissy also specializes in highlighting and foilyage. She is countiously learning and stays up to date with the latest styles.

Chrissy is from Chesapeake, VA. When she isn’t behind the chair,  you can find her being a busy mom of two kids and a labrador.

Hunter Molden

Hair Extension Specialist – Stylist

Hunter Michelle is here to serve all of your family’s hair needs. Hunter is originally from Ohio, has lived in Germany, and considers Virginia Beach, VA their home as she have been there the longest. Hunter and her fiance live in the country with their black labs and cats. She enjoys spending their downtime outdoors and is always up for an adventure. Behind the chair, Hunter specialties range from low maintenance lived-in multidimensional color to high maintenance blonding specialty color. As a 3 time certified hair extension specialist in 7 different application methods, Hunter prides herself in the art of hair extensions. You can be sure that you will find the perfect combination of hair extensions between hair types and goals.

Hunter loves to service the whole family from children’s first haircuts, to men’s barber cuts, and services for the elderly as well. As a work-a-holic, Hunter loves their clients more than most things in this world and looks forward to meeting you!

Heather Holland

Stylist

After living in many places across the world over the years, 3 years ago Heather called Chesapeake, VA her home. She has loved every moment of it. Heather has been doing hair for over 3 decades. Her passion is coloring hair, highlighting, and haircuts. In her spare time, you can find Heather with her 2 boys in their 20’s, in the kitchen cooking, or spending time on the beach. Heather is also a personal trainer and competes in the NPC/IFBB Pro League in Masters Bikini.

Madilyn Cochran

Salon Cordinator

Madilyn “Maddy” grew up in Great Bridge and started as a guest at Color Splash Hair Studio. Soon after, she got the opportunity to join the team and be a part of the industry! She finds growing with the team a true joy! Currently attending Tidewater Community College, Maddy plans to become a physical therapy assistant. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, taking her puppy for hikes, as well as cruising off the islands of the Caribbean.
